Return Policy

We will accept returns that are new, unused (Items that have been used by you or your pet cannot be returned) and all original accessories and packaging / wrapping materials are present / intact.  30 days from Date of Purchase to Return the New Unsued Item.

Items must be in resalable condition.  All Products that meet the above conditions returned to us are subject to a 15% restocking fee. (Shipping Charges are non-refundable)

After 30 days (from date of purchase), please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty for your product.

All Returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#); please contact us Orders@Litterboy.com

Please return merchandise insured with prepaid shipping.  Returns without a Return Authorization Number cannot be honored.

If any product is received damaged please retain packaging material for UPS / USPS inspection and claim. Contact us at Orders@Litterboy.com Credit will be issued after inspection of the product and the return requirements stated above are met. DO NOT return damaged or used products, credit WILL NOT be issued.

Please do not affix any labels or stamps to the retail box of the product.

We do not require a signature but based upon address UPS may require a signature. You will have 3 attempts to pick up the package. If the package is returned due to failure to pick up, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

**Items that are refused delivery by the purchaser will be assessed a $5 refusal fee in addition to the return shipping charges. **
